Common controllers used for Smash 64 include original N64 controllers, Hori mini pad, Gamecube, ProGCC, third-party N64 controllers and clones, and modded N64 controllers with custom sticks.
Often times, we will have spare N64 controllers, GCN -> N64 adapters, and USB-C to N64 adapters (for ProGCC, certain box controllers, etc). Notice that the GCN -> N64 adapter we use was created for original GCN controllers and may not work with all third-party controllers such as phob and boxes. It does work with some however.
